Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern membership registration. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Membership Eligibility
   Membership is open to individuals and businesses that complete the registration process and provide accurate identification and statutory documents. The organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Accuracy of Information
   The applicant confirms that all information and documents submitted during registration, including Aadhaar, PAN and GST details, are true, accurate and belong to the applicant. Submitting false information may result in rejection or termination of membership.
3. Document Verification
   All submitted documents are subject to review and verification by the administrator. The organisation may request additional information or clearer copies of any document before approving an application.
4. Approval and Activation
   Registration does not create an active membership by itself. An account becomes active only after the administrator approves the application. Login access is granted only to approved members.
5. Fees and Payment
   Where a membership or registration fee applies, the applicant agrees to complete payment using the payment link provided after approval. Membership benefits may be withheld until payment is received in full.
6. Use of Personal Data
   Personal data and documents are collected solely for the purpose of membership administration and verification. The organisation will take reasonable measures to keep this information secure and will not share it except as required by law.
7. Member Conduct
   Members agree to use the platform and any member directory responsibly and lawfully. Misuse of member information, including unsolicited marketing or harassment, may result in suspension or termination of membership.
8. Suspension and Termination
   The organisation may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, submission of false information, or conduct considered harmful to the organisation or its members.
9. Changes to These Terms
   These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the membership after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Acceptance
    By ticking the acceptance box on the registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
